Heat the oil in a large pot. Brown the bacon, sausages and onions in it, take them out
Sauté the potatoes in the frying fat. Deglaze with 1 1/2-13/4 l water and wine, stir in broth. Bring to the boil, add the frozen beans and simmer for about 15 minutes
Rinse and drain the kidney and white beans. Add sausage, bacon and onions to the soup, stir in cream and ketchup. Bring everything to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season bean pot with salt, pepper, sugar and Tabasco. Wash the chives, cut them into small rolls and sprinkle them on top
