Bean and leek salad with tomato salsa

Ingredients

  • 500 g Leeks (leek)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 can(s) (425 ml each) Kidney Beans
  • 2 Heads of green salad
  • 400 g Feta cheese
  • 1/2 potty fresher or
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried thyme
  • 250 g strained tomatoes
  • 100 ml White wine vinegar
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON chili powder, 7-8 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Cook for 1-2 minutes in salted water. Drain and let it cool down. Rinse beans, drain. Clean, wash and cut lettuce into strips. Dice Feta

    Thyme wash, chop. Mix with tomatoes, vinegar, salt, pepper, chilli powder and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Mix with the salad ingredients, except green salad. Allow to soak, fold in green salad. Season to taste again
