Banana-pineapple gratin with coconut milk

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (446 ml) Pineapple rings
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 20 g Butter
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package (approx. 100 g) "Cigarettes Russes"
  • 200 ml Coconut milk (can)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Drain the pineapple and cut into pieces. Peel bananas and cut them diagonally into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice

    Melt the butter in a pan. Fry the pineapple for about 2 minutes, then add the bananas and continue to fry for about 1 minute. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar and allow to caramelise slightly, then place in a greased casserole dish (approx. 12 x 18 cm)

    Place the rolls on the caramelised fruit. Pour coconut milk over them and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 15-20 minutes until the sugar begins to caramelise. Remove the casserole, let it cool down a little and serve warm
