Stuffed papaya with exotic fruit salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1/3 Pineapple
  • 2 Papayas
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Physalis

Directions

    Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Squeeze the juice out of the parting skins. Peel, halve and slice the kiwis.

    Peel the pineapple, remove the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into pieces. Halve the papayas, remove the seeds, remove the flesh from the halves of the peel with a tablespoon and dice. Peel and slice the bananas.

    Peel ginger thinly and grate finely. Mix ginger, honey and squeezed orange juice. Mix the sauce and prepared fruit and arrange in the papaya halves. Decorate with physalis.
