Ingredients

  • 100 g Coconut flake
  • 8 small bananas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 40 g Butter
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Roast the grated coconut in a pan without fat. Take out and let it cool down. Peel bananas, cut into large pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Heat butter in a pan. Lightly fry the bananas in it.

    Add honey. Take the bananas out and turn them in the coconut flakes. Arrange honey-coconut bananas on a plate. Decorate with mint
