Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Melon with orange flesh (e.g. Charentais or Cantalupe)
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 8 (approx. 500 ml) balls lemon sorbet
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut brittle
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Halve the melon and remove the seeds. Cut out small melon balls with a ball cutter. Whip the cream until stiff, adding icing sugar

    Divide the sorbet balls into 4 bowls. Add melon balls and squirt a cream tuff onto each sundae. Decorate with brittle and lemon balm and serve immediately
