Baked apples with vanilla mascarpone

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 50 g separated apricots (soft)
  • 50 g Crunchy muesli with raisins
  • 50 g soft + some butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 4 sour apples (e.g. Boskop)
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Rasped Bourbon vanilla sauce
  • 100 g Mascarpone

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3). Cut ##apricots## into strips. Knead with muesli and 100 g butter. Mix ##lemon juice## and honey.

    ##Apples## wash, quarter, core and sprinkle with lemon honey. Place in a greased ovenproof dish and spread the muesli mixture on top. Bake in a hot oven for 15-18 minutes.

    Meanwhile bring the milk for the vanilla sauce to the boil. Take the pot off the stove. Stir in the dessert shavings with a whisk and continue stirring for 1 minute. Leave the sauce to stand for 3 minutes, then stir again vigorously.

    Stir in the mascarpone. Arrange baked apples with hot vanilla mascarpone.
