Wash the raisins and dab dry. Chop cranberries coarsely. Halve lemon and squeeze juice. Peel and quarter apples and remove the core. Cut quarter into small pieces.
Put apples, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla sugar in a pot and cook covered for 10-12 minutes. Add jam sugar, cranberries and raisins. Bring to the boil again and simmer for at least 3 minutes while stirring. Add the liqueur and immediately fill the jam into prepared glasses and close them. Turn glasses upside down for about 10 minutes, then turn them over
