  • 350 g Figs
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mustard seeds
  • 75 ml Fruit vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard powder
  • 1 TABLESPOON Peppercorns

Directions

    Wash figs, cut off stalks. Cut fruit into pieces. Simmer with jam, mustard seeds, vinegar, sugar, mustard powder and peppercorns in a saucepan for about 15 minutes. Fill hot into glasses and close them well
