Bagel with ham and radicchio

Ingredients

  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 4 Radiccio leaves
  • 1/2 (approx. 120 g) Pear
  • 2 Bagel (approx. 70 g each)
  • 4 (approx. 100 g) lean, thin slices of cooked ham

Directions

    Mix quark, milk, some salt and pepper. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Stir the chives into the quark, except for a little bit for sprinkling

    2 Wash and drain the salad. Cut the core out of the pear, slice the pear into thin slices

    Cut the bagels horizontally and spread the lower halves with 1/4 chive quark each. Cover with salad, pear slices and ham. Spread the remaining quark as a blob, sprinkle with chives and cover with the upper halves of the bagels
