Brussels coal stew with cured pork

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 500 g detached pork chop
  • 2 l Vegetable stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

Directions

    Clean the Brussels sprouts, carve the stem ends crosswise. Wash and drain the cabbage. Peel, wash and halve carrots and cut them into sticks. Peel and wash potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut meat into slices and dice

    Boil up the vegetable stock. Add vegetables and meat, cook for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg
