Bacon plums and spring onions

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 100 ml dry sherry
  • 30 pitted semi-dry plums
  • 8 Spring onions
  • 15 discs Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil

Directions

    Heating sherry. Add the plums and let them cool down. Clean and wash the spring onions. Put the plums on a sieve and let them drain. Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap one plum in each.

    Heat the oil. Fry the plums until crispy. Remove the plums. Fry spring onions in the frying oil for approx. 3 minutes

    Waiting time approx. 30 minutes
