  • 8 cl coffee liqueur
  • 8 cl Irish whiskey cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
  • 4 cl rum (73 % or more)
  • 4 refractory straws (e.g. made of aluminium)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice and sugar

Directions

    Dip glass edges first in lemon juice, then in sugar. Carefully pour 2 cl coffee liqueur and whiskey-cream liqueur and 1 cl rum one after the other over a spoon into each shot glass. Clearly defined layers should be formed. Flambé with a long match before serving. This shooter is drunk from bottom to top with fireproof straws. If no fireproof straws are available, the flame is smothered with a beer mat before drinking
