Servings: 4
  • 4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 100 ml Vegetable stock
  • 175 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

    Wash parsley, shake dry, chop leaves coarsely. Boil up the stock and butter. Add the parsley and blend finely with a hand blender and foam. Season sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg
