Asian noodles with pork

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Pork escalope
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soybean oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g Chinese egg noodles (Asian noodles)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken (Asialaden)
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cilantro

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into fine florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into fine long strips. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them diagonally into rings. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Fry meat for 2-3 minutes, turning.

    Season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Add the prepared vegetables to the meat and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the soy and chilli sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Drain the pasta and fold in. Season again with salt, pepper and coriander
