Mix the soured milk with sea buckthorn juice. Cut the apricots into strips, put something aside for decoration. Cut figs in half lengthwise, cut 3 thin slices and put aside for decoration.
Cut the rest of the figs into pieces. Mix fig, apricots, oat flakes and sea buckthorn sour milk. Arrange muesli in a bowl and decorate with fig slices, apricot strips and mint.
