Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 300 ml low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp (1,5 % fat)
  • 50 g Rice Pudding
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1 (100 g) small apple
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 (250 g) Cup of vanilla yoghurt "light

Directions

    Bring the milk to the boil in a small pot. Wash the rice and let it swell for about 30 minutes at low heat. Stir from time to time. Season with sweetener and let it cool down

    Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice

  3. 3

    Add yoghurt and apple to the rice pudding
