Wash, peel and quarter apples. Remove the core and cut the apple slices into slices. Marinate with the cranberries in orange juice. Mix eggs, pear syrup, quark, lemon peel, salt, semolina and baking powder to a creamy mixture.
Fold in fruit.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a fireproof mould with oil. Pour in curd and fruit mixture. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce.
