Rice-nut balls with cranberries

Ingredients

  • 5 Rice wafers (with sea salt; approx. 55 g)
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 175 g vegan macadamia cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS hulled sesame seeds

Directions

    Put the rice cakes in a freezer bag. Seal the bag and roll over with the dough roll until the waffles are crumbled. Chop the cranberries. Mix with macadamia cream and wafer crumbs.

    Form walnut-sized balls with moistened hands. Roll in sesame seeds. Cool for about 30 minutes.
