Fried apple with vanilla sauce

  • 1 Apples
  • 20 g Marzipan
  • 20 g Nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts...)
  • 1 TEASPOON Rum
  • 10 g Raisins
  • 1 TEASPOON Cranberries
  • 5 g Butter

Directions

    Wash the apple and remove the stalk. Then remove the blossom and hollow out the apple with a tsp.

    Cut the marzipan into fine cubes and chop the nuts very finely. Then put all the ingredients (marzipan, nuts, rum, raisins and cranberries) together in a bowl.

    Pour the mixture into the apple and cover it with the butter flakes. Bake the apple in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. (Depending on the size of the apple).

    Please serve the apple with vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.
