  • 75 g crushed almonds
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 75 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 2 TABLESPOONS chopped almonds
  • 2 (approx. 250 g) small apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

  1. 1

Cream 125 g butter, 200 g sugar, vanillin sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice and eggs with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add milk and applesauce and mix. Mix 250 g flour, salt, ground almonds and baking powder and stir into the egg-sugar mixture in portions

  2. 2

Knead 100 g flour, marzipan, 25 g sugar, chopped almonds and 75 g butter first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then briefly with your hands to form crumbles. Wash the apples, grate them dry, remove the core with an apple cutter and cut the apples into 10 rings

  3. 3

Grease 10 Tartelettes (11 cm Ø) with lift-off base and dust with flour. Fill in the dough with a tablespoon and smooth it down. Put 1 apple ring on each Tartelett. Sprinkle with marzipan crumbles. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 35 minutes. Let it cool down on a cake rack and take it out of the tin. Dust with icing sugar. Whipped cream tastes good with it
