  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g pitted black olives
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 10-15 discs Italian bread
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 2 (125 g each) Packages
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grissini
  • 10-15 ultra-thin discs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parma ham
  • 10-15 discs Italian
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mortadella

Directions

    Peel the garlic for the paste. Mix with the olives and puree. Finally, stir in the oil. Brush the bread slices with it. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it

    Wrap each Grissini with 1 slice of ham or mortadella. Arrange on a plate with the olive breads. Add the remaining Grissini
