Ingredients

  • 10 Anchovy fillets (glass)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/8 l Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Drain the anchovies. Peel garlic and crush finely. Melt anchovies in hot oil while stirring. Add garlic and lemon juice. Puree everything with a hand blender. Season and let it cool down.
