Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Corn cobs (approx. 200 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Potatoes (approx. 125 g each)
  • 8 Spare ribs (approx. 50 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 Lamb chops (approx. 75 g each)
  • 8-10 red cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp coloured pepper, chopped parsley, coarse salt

Directions

    Wash the corncobs and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Take out, drain and cut into about 3 pieces. Grill on the grill all around for 8-10 minutes. Wash the potatoes and precook in salted water for about 10 minutes.

    Let it cook on the grill for another 10-12 minutes. Rinse spare ribs cold and pat dry. Grill on the grill for 5-6 minutes on both sides. In the meantime, mix honey and ketchup and season with salt and pepper.

    2 minutes before the end of the grilling time, brush spare ribs on both sides with the honey and ketchup marinade. Wash lamb chops, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Grill on the barbecue from both sides for 5-6 minutes.

    Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them crosswise and grill for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with coloured pepper and parsley as desired. Break open the potatoes and sprinkle with coarse salt if necessary. Add herb butter to the lamb chops as desired.
