Almond semolina flan with fruit salad

Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Pudding powder for semolina pudding
  • 7-10 Tbsp (sweetened; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 1-2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar and lemon balm for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Decorate

    Caramelise the sugar in a pot. Caramelize immediately in

    Fill 4-6 cold rinsed flans or cups, allow to set

    Bring milk to the boil, remove from the stove. Add pudding powder, mix vigorously for about 1 minute. Fold in half almonds. Pour the pudding into the moulds. Allow to set

    Wash the apple, quarter it, core it and cut it into pieces. Peel banana, cut into slices. Drain tangerines, catch the juice. Mix fruit, 6 tbsp. mandarin juice and lemon juice

    Roast the remaining almonds in a dry pan. Turn the pudding over onto 4 plates. Serve with fruit salad, almonds, possibly icing sugar and lemon balm
