Ingredients

  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Mayonnaise (50 % fat)
  • 150 g Cream cheese (16 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 package (360 g) soft tortillas
  • 24 discs Serrano Schinken (approx. 8 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

    For the aioli, peel and finely dice the garlic. Stir mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic and pepper until smooth. Clean the salad, wash and pat dry. Lay out tortillas and spread 1 tablespoon of aioli on each. Place 1 lettuce leaf and 3 slices of ham on each. Spread with 1 teaspoon of aioli and roll up from one side. Cut each one diagonally into 4 pieces and fix them with wooden skewers
