Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 glass (approx. 290 g) red and yellow roasted peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 400 g Penne
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 4 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Bring 3-4 l salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) to the boil. Drain and chop the peppers. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut bacon into strips.

    Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry bacon and onion for 2-3 minutes. Add pepper strips and tomato paste, fry briefly.

    Deglaze with cream, bring to the boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Wash the parsley, shake dry, chop finely and stir into the sauce. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Add parmesan.
