Roughly chop the chocolate. Cream fat, 500 g sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add the eggs one after the other and stir in. Add advocaat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve onto the fat egg mass and stir in. Put 3/4 of the dough on a greased fat pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Stir 25 g sugar and cocoa into the remaining dough.
Fold in chocolate pieces. Spread the dark dough with a tablespoon on the light dough. Pull through with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a grid and cut into pieces. Serve with fruit salad
