  • 12 discs (à 30 g) Toast
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 175 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 30 g paprika-filled olives
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs (approx. 50 g) cooked ham
  • 125 g Comté cheese
  • 8 TABLESPOONS ready tomato sauce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cream cheese with herbs (42% fat)
  • 4 TSP Pesto (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • baking paper

Directions

    Toast bread. Heat the oil in a larger, coated pan. Leave the bacon in it until crispy, take it out. Meanwhile wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Cut mozzarella into slices.

    Halve the olives. Put eggs in the pan and let them fry carefully, seasoning with salt and pepper. Halve the ham slices. Grate Comté cheese. Spread 8 slices of bread with tomato sauce, 4 slices with cream cheese and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Cover cream cheese slices with ham and olives. Cover 4 of the remaining slices with fried egg and bacon, sprinkle with cheese. Cover the remaining slices with tomatoes and mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 5-10 minutes.

    Take out the pizzas. Sprinkle mozzarella toasts with pesto and sprinkle fried egg toast with parsley.
