Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 ripe little mango
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 400 g smoked salmon in slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Cut the mango from the stone, peel the flesh. Clean and wash the cucumber, dab dry. Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Finely dice prepared ingredients. Wash chives, shake dry, cut into small rings

    Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil. Mix chives, mango, cucumber, tomatoes and vinaigrette carefully

    Lay the salmon slices flat next to each other on plates. Arrange salsa on top, sprinkle with pepper if necessary and garnish with basil. Delicious with baguette
