Clean, wash and drain the rocket. Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in portions in a coated frying pan. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes, turning it over, in a bowl. Squeeze lemon. Add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of oil to the meat, mix and season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.
Divide into 4 smaller, ovenproof plates or in a casserole dish. Arrange the cheese in pieces on top. Bake under the preheated grill of the oven for 3-4 minutes. Take out plate or casserole dish, let cool down briefly, arrange rocket on top. Bread tastes good with it
