Peel and finely chop the onion. Roast pine nuts in a large pan without fat, remove. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, fry the onion cubes briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Add potato noodles and continue frying for about 3 minutes. Wash and halve the tomatoes and fry them briefly.
Dice the gorgonzola, mix with sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Wash parsley and chop coarsely. Sprinkle pine nuts and parsley over the pasta. Eat the sour cream with it.
