Ingredients

  • 4 Disc/s farmhouse bread
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 50 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Meat Tomatoes
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 8 Disc/s Bacon
  • 8 Eggs (Gr. S)
  • 8 Disc/s cooked ham

Directions

    Toast the bread in the toaster one after the other. Mix cream cheese, yoghurt and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls.

    Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy, remove. Fry the eggs in 2 portions in the bacon fat to form fried eggs, season with a little salt and pepper. Spread breads with cream cheese cream. Spread tomatoes, ham, bacon and fried eggs on top, sprinkle with chives.
