Clean the mushrooms, possibly wash and quarter them. Cut cucumbers into strips, sausage into slices. Drain silver onions.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the sausage in it and take it out. Sauté the mushrooms in the frying fat. Steam onions and gherkins for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream and 200 ml water, bring to the boil. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Wash and chop the parsley. Stir in parsley, mustard and sausage. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bread tastes good with it.
