  • 200 g Courgette
  • 200 g red pepper
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TEASPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • some stem(s) Thyme
  • 3 black and green olives
  • 60 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the vegetables. Peel and slice the garlic. Fry the vegetables and garlic in hot oil and cook in the closed pan for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pluck the thyme from the stalks. Sprinkle thyme, olives and crumbled cheese over the pan just before serving
