Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the oat flakes in it while stirring until golden brown. Wash and quarter the strawberries. Cut the apricots into slices. Mix the fruits and 1-2 tablespoons of apricot juice and leave to stand briefly.
Mix yoghurt and rest of the juice. Flavour with lime juice and sweetener. Serve yoghurt with fruits. Sprinkle crunchy flakes over it. Decorate with a slice of lime if desired.
