Yoghurt with chilli, green olives and spring onions

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 40 g pitted green olives in slices
  • 1/3 of the basic yoghurt recipe

Directions

    Wash spring onion and cut into fine rings. Wash and clean the chilli and cut into thin rings. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls, except for a little garnish.

    Mix all prepared ingredients, olives and yoghurt mixture. Arrange yoghurt in a glass and garnish with chives.
