Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Decorate all but 4 halves of the strawberries, sprinkle with maple syrup and leave to stand for a while. Mix quark, yoghurt, lemon juice, cream, vanillin sugar and sugar. Pour strawberries into four dessert glasses and spread the yoghurt quark cream on top. Serve decorated with the remaining strawberries and lemon balm
