Yoghurt ice cream on fruit

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g frozen raspberries
  • 250 g Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Orange
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 1/2 (500 ml) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Yoghurt forest fruit ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Defrost raspberries and possibly strawberries. Wash, dry and clean fresh strawberries. Halve or slice the berries

    Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices. Halve the orange and squeeze

    Mix orange juice, sugar and orange liqueur in a bowl. Carefully mix the fruits with the marinade, cover and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes

    Let yoghurt ice cream thaw a few minutes before portioning. Put the fruits with the marinade on

    Spread 4 dessert plates

    Use an ice-cream scoop to scoop off balls or a tablespoonful of cams from the ice cream and arrange them on the fruit. Decorate with balm if desired. Ice cream waffles taste good with it
