  • 1 Banana
  • 2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 200 ml Soy milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sea buckthorn juice
  • 1 knife tip Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wholegrain oat flakes

Directions

    Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients into a mixing cup and puree. Pour into a large glass.
