Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and dice it roughly. Halve the apple, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Remove seeds from melon, peel and cut into small pieces.
Drink: red or rosé wine
Add fruit, bring to the boil and pour into a bowl. Leave to cool.
Whip the whipped cream with 1 tbsp. sugar until stiff and serve with the groats.
