Wraps with juicy turkey cutlets and salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 100 g Iceberg or mini roman salad
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 pickled mild peppers (glass)
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 4 thin flat bread or tortillawraps
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Ketchup or chili sauce

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and dice finely. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix both with oil, each 1⁄4 tsp salt and pepper. Leave to stand briefly.

    Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash cucumber, peel and chop if necessary. Clean, wash and cut lettuce into fine strips. Wash and chop parsley.

    Clean the pepperoni and cut into rings. Crumble feta. Mix everything and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat a pan without fat. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes. Spread the bread pan with 1 tablespoon of ketchup each. Cover with meat and salad, leaving the edge slightly free and roll up tightly.
