Ingredients

  • 150 g Picking salad
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 1 (50 g) Avocado column
  • 1 (50 g) Tomato
  • 1/2 (50 g) Carrot
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 1/2 red and yellow pepper, halved lengthwise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds

Directions

    Clean, wash and thoroughly drain the lettuce and rocket. Peel the avocado and cut into slices. Clean, wash and dry the tomato and cut into slices. Peel and wash the carrot and peel the strips lengthwise with the peeler.

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into rings. Cucumber clean, wash and cut diagonally into thin slices. Mix vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water, season with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil.

    Arrange peppers, avocado, tomato, cucumber and salad on a plate. Sprinkle lettuce with seeds and seeds and sprinkle with dressing.
