Winter salad with cream cheese dumplings and orange vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Head endive salad (about 200 g)
  • 1/4 (approx. 100 g) Head radicchio salad
  • 200 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 Oranges (about 150 g each)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese

Directions

    Clean and wash salads. Cut endive salad and radicchio into strips. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins.

    Squeeze the juice out of the parting skins. Season vinegar and 5 tbsp. orange juice with salt and pepper. Fold in the oil

    Coarsely grind about 2 tablespoons of pepper. Arrange salad and vinaigrette on plates. Arrange orange filets on top. Form 8 dumplings from the cream cheese with the help of 2 teaspoons. Roll the gnocchi in pepper gently and carefully and arrange 2 gnocchi on each plate. Delicious with baguette
