Coarsely chop the walnut kernels. Peel onion, dice or grate very finely. Mix yoghurt, salad cream, onions a little salt and pepper. Squeeze 2 clementines. Peel 4 clementines and divide into slices. Clean and wash the celery and slice it into fine sticks. Wash and halve apples and cut out the core.
Slice the apple halves also into sticks. Mix apples, celery, lemon and clementine juice well. Fold in yoghurt dressing and walnuts. Let the salad stand for at least 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly some sugar. Serve garnished with parsley
