Ingredients

  • 50 g Carrots
  • 50 g low-calorie sausage
  • 30 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 150 g Chicory
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1-2 stem(s) parsley, dill and chives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Wash, clean and sort lamb's lettuce. Clean the chicory as well. Loosen leaves, cut off bitter ends. Line plates with the leaves and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix the remaining prepared ingredients and arrange on top. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix onion and herbs with oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour the marinade over the salad. Wholemeal bread tastes good with it
