Ingredients

  • 100 g Oak leaf salad
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small radicchio
  • 1 (approx. 40 g) red onion
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g Old Gouda cheese in slices
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Peel onion and cut into rings. Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Break cheese slices into pieces. Mix vinegar and mustard and season with salt and pepper.

    Add oil. Pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces as desired and arrange on plates together with the other salad ingredients. Serve sprinkled with the vinaigrette.
