Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Grease an ovenproof pan (approx. 28 cm Ø) or casserole dish. Open the bread roll tins (see packing instructions).
Separate the dough pieces and cut each into 4 pieces. Place in the pan or mould.
Spread tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with chili flakes and cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
