Wine mousse cream with grapes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g blue and green grapes
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1/8 l White wine
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Beat egg, sugar, wine and lemon juice in a pot with the whisk of the hand mixer until frothy. Whip over a low heat until the cream rises and becomes thick.

    Let it cool down. Divide the grapes into four dessert glasses. Pour cream over them. Decorate with some lemon balm leaves.
