Wash the chicken and pat dry. Rub with salt, pepper and paprika and place on an oiled fat pan of the oven. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Peel potatoes and cut them into slices. Add to the chicken and fry both for another 30 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces.
Peel onion and garlic. Cut onion into strips and garlic into slices. Pluck rosemary needles from the branch. Add the paprika, onion, garlic, rosemary and bay leaf to the fat pan and cook for another 10-15 minutes while turning. Season vegetables with salt and pepper
